We understand that your plans may change after completing your reservation at our hotel, but your credit card will be charged at the time of booking. Therefore, in case of cancellation, modification, no-show, or early departure, your credit card will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are not allowed without a fee; special payment terms apply.
Charging and Cancellation Policy for Refundable Rates
Charging Policy: A valid credit card [with sufficient balance] is required to guarantee the reservation. Upon completion of the reservation, Mezzo Mezzo Estate has the right to perform a credit card pre-authorization check, temporarily reserving the total amount of the reservation, which is deducted from the customer’s credit limit. During the pre-authorization process, the customer’s credit card is not charged, and the amount is released within a maximum of 14 days. This process ensures the security of online transactions and the protection of the cardholder’s personal data, while preventing any fraudulent attempts to steal them.
Cancellation Policy: This is a last-minute booking. Last-minute bookings cannot be changed or cancelled without a fee. If you wish to change or cancel the reservation, please check the late cancellation policy and contact the reservations department.
⦁ In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date: No cancellation fee applies.
⦁ In case of cancellation up to 29 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
⦁ In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
